Paul Richard "Dick" Turner, \n79, of Butler, PA, went home to be with The Lord on \nSeptember 19, 2021, at Butler Hospital after a \ndifficult illness.\n\nDick was born on January 14, 1942, to the late Paul \nTurner, Sr. and the late Alene Sherman Turner in \nButler, PA. \n\nHe graduated from Butler High School and Slippery \nRock College. He married Lana Hawk on November 16, \n1963. He was an educator for over 40 years and was a \nfavorite with his students. Dick was a faithful \nChristian and a member of the Zelienople Church of \nChrist.\n\nHe is survived by his sons, Todd (Katrina) and \nStephen (Debbie) as well as 4 beloved grandchildren, \nAbbey, Ethan, Savana & Mikayla Turner. \n\nDick was preceded in death by his wife, Lana, and \nhis brother, Terry Turner.\n\nA private service was held at the Chapel of Devotion \nMausoleum at Butler County Memorial Park followed by \ninterment.\n\nArrangements were entrusted to Thompson - Miller \nFuneral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, \nPA 16001.
