Paul L. \nGladd, 57 of Butler, passed away Friday, September \n10, 2021 at the Butler Memorial Hospital, Butler. \nPA.\nBorn \nDecember 14, 1963 in Butler, PA. He was the son of \nthe late Paul L. and Carol M. (Spohn) Gladd.\nPaul was a \ngraduate of Butler High School. He was employed as a \nlaborer with the former AK Steel until his \nretirement in January 2020.\nHe enjoyed \nhunting, collecting sports and music memorabilia and \nantiques. Paul loved spending time with his family \nand especially with his grandchildren and attending \nall their events.\nSurviving \nis his wife of 37 years, Marci L. (Conklin) Gladd \nwho he married on November 5, 1983; Daughter: Megan \nM. Hankey and her husband Philip of Butler; Two \nSons: Chad P. Gladd and his wife Melissa of Butler; \nPaul A. Gladd of Butler; Four Grandchildren: Katelyn, \nMason, Blake and Gage.\nHe was \npreceded in death by his parents and a sister: Debra \nCress.\nFriends and \nfamily will be received Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 \nPM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. \nNorth Street, Butler, PA 16001.\nA funeral \nservice will follow Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM at \nthe funeral home.\nBurial will \nbe private and at the convenience of the family.
