Born June 30, 1972, in Butler, PA to his parents Lonny Crispin of New Castle, Pa and Cindy Crispin of Fenelton, PA. Surviving in addition to his parents is a daughter Taylor Hebert of Florida; Lenny's significant other: Janet Hebert of Florida; brother: Lonny Crispin and his wife Leann of Florida. Friends and family are invited to a funeral service on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Butler County Memorial Park Chapel of Devotions, 380 Evans City Road, Butler, PA 16001. Burial will follow the service. Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. North Street, Butler, Pa 16001 is assisting the family with their arrangements.
