Larry N. Pickerd, 66, of \nButler, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, \nFebruary 6, 2021 at the Sugar Creek Nursing Home.\n\n\nHe was born October 13, 1954 in Butler, Pennsylvania \nto the late John Pickerd and the late Shirley (Bobst) \nPickerd. \n\nLarry liked fishing. He graduated in 1972 from \nButler High School. Larry was a veteran of the \nUnited States Navy, serving during the Vietnam era. \nHe worked as a repairman for a trucking company in \nOrange, TX for several years.\n\nHe is survived by one brother John (Ruth Ann) \nPickerd of Butler, PA; two sisters, Judy (Rodger) \nVoelker of Butler, PA. and Cheryl (Darrell) Hays of \nButler, PA.\n\nIn addition to his parents, he was preceded in death \nby his wife Pamela Pickerd who passed away on July \n6, 2001; one brother, Frank Pickerd.\n\nThere will be no public visitation or funeral \nservices.\n\nBurial will take place in the Florida National \nCemetery in Bushnell, FL.\n\nArrangements were handled by Thompson-Miller Funeral \nHome, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
