Grace Deer Bell, 92, of West \nSunbury, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 23, \n2020 at the Chicora Medical Center. \n\nShe was born April 7, 1928 in Butler, Pennsylvania \nto the late Walter J. Deer and the late Anna Brown \nDeer.\n\nGrace worked as a welder for Pullman Standard. She \nalso worked as a Certified Home Healthcare Aide and \nworked at NHS Allegheny Valley School. Grace loved \ntaking care of her cats.\n\nGrace is survived by her son, Walter McDonald of \nWest Sunbury, PA; and her longtime friend, Phyllis \nFry of West Sunbury, PA. \n\nIn addition to her parents, she was preceded in \ndeath by her first husband, Richard C. McDonald and \nher second husband, Leonard Dean Bell. \n\nFriends will be received Sunday, September 27, 2020, \n11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Thompson - Miller Funeral \nHome, Inc., 124 East North Street Butler, PA. A \nfuneral service will follow at 1:00 pm, with Lay \nPastor Ginger DiTullio, formerly of Trinity Lutheran \nChurch, officiating.\n\nBurial will take place in the North Side Cemetery.\n \n\nDue to Covid-19 State Guidelines, \nvisitors are required to supply their own and to \nwear a facial covering along with maintaining social \ndistancing. Groups are limited to 25 people.
