Gerald Thomas (Tom) Huselton, \nJr., 76, of Butler passed away on Wednesday at UPMC \nPresbyterian Hospital.\n\nBorn in Butler on October 27, 1943, he was the son \nof the late Gerald Huselton Sr. and Cleo Henry \nHuselton.\n\nHe graduated from Butler High School class of 1961. \nHe was a four-year Navy Veteran during the Vietnam \nEra. He worked as a welder at Pullman Standard for \n17 years until they closed in 1982, then he worked \nas a welder for Billco Mfg. in Zelienople, PA until \nhe retired in 2005.\n\nMr. Huselton was a member of Trinity Lutheran \nChurch. He was a member of the American Legion, a \nformer member of the Loyal Order of Moose, and \nItalian Club.\n\nHe enjoyed spending time with his family and \nfriends. He liked to go fishing, traveling, playing \ncards and looking for antiques/collectibles. He was \na loving father and friend to all and will be \ngreatly missed. \n\nMr. Huselton is survived by two daughters, Tracy \nHuselton (Mark) McCue of Butler, PA, and Sherie \nWilson of Pittsburgh, PA; one son, Dr. Dennis (Gina) \nFrketich of Indiana, PA; his loving companion, Donna \nMatczak; one sister, Deborah (Donald) Bender of \nButler, PA; five grandchildren, Christen (Brandon) \nNegich, Jessica Lawson, Dennis Frketich Jr., Justin \nWideman, and Ashley McCue; six great-grandchildren; \nand a number of nieces and nephews. \n\nIn addition to his parents, Mr. Huselton was \npreceded in death by his wife Donna J. Clark \nHuselton; two brothers, and three sisters. \n\nFriends will be received on Monday, June 8, 2020 \nfrom 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 \np.m. at Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 \nEast North Street Butler, PA, with his son, Dr. \nDennis Frketich, officiating.
