Garry D. Cumberland 79, of Butler, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford, PA.\n\nHe was born on November 8, 1943 in Butler to the late Ray B. Cumberland and Pauline E. Stevenson Cumberland.\n\nGarry was a school bus driver. He loved spending time with his family and watching sports on tv, especially football and baseball. Garry was a member of Hannahstown Road Baptist Church in Cabot, PA\n\nHe is survived by his wife Evelyn M. (Jones) Cumberland whom he married on August 2, 2004, one daughter, Laura M. Minda, two step sons, Calvin T. Pittman, and Edward C. Pittman, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews, two brothers, Terry and Mark Cumberland, and four sisters, Diana Hortert, Sharron Pergyn, Raylene Bachman and Robin Cumberland.\n\nHe was preceded in death by his parents, one son, John Lewis Cumberland, one brother, Marshall B. Cumberland, and one sister, Janet A.
