Frances L. Brown, 98, of \nButler, PA, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019 at \nthe Altercare of Hartville Lake Township, OH. \n\nShe was born February 4, 1921 in Century, West \nVirginia to the late Charles L. Walchesky and the \nlate Susannah Maude Lawver Walchesky. \n\nFrances was a homemaker. She was a member of Christ \nCommunity Methodist Church. Frances was a former \nmember of the Oneida Valley Bowling League. She was \nalso a life member of Tanglewood Senior Center.\n\nShe is survived by her two sons, Robert H. (Mary) \nBrown of Manteca, CA, and Richard L. (Darlene) Brown \nof Hartville, OH; six grandchildren; thirteen great \ngrandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one \nson-in-law, John P. Lang of Tampa, FL; one sister, \nViolet Burd of Sarver, PA; and a number of nieces \nand nephews. \n\nIn addition to her parents, she was preceded in \ndeath by her husband Harold M. Brown who passed away \non June 29, 1984; one daughter, Charlotte Lang, one \ngrand-daughter; seven brothers and five sisters, and \nalso her good friend, Adam Swidzinski\n\nFriends will be received Monday, March 11, 2019, \n11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Thompson - Miller Funeral \nHome, Inc., 124 East North Street Butler, PA. \nFuneral services will be held immediately following \nat 1:00 with Pastor Bruce Gascoine, of Christ \nCommunity Methodist Church, officiating.\n\nEntombment will take place in the Chapel of All \nFaiths-Mausoleum- Greenlawan Burial Estates.\n\nMemorial donations may be made to Donor's Favorite \nCharity.
