Edward Lee \nAdams, 74, of Butler, Pennsylvania, formerly of \nTucson, AZ, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020 \nat the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot, PA. \n\nHe was born January 27, 1946 in Dixonville, \nPennsylvania to the late Frederick Adams and the \nlate Jane Ann (Fisher) Parkinson. \n\nEdward attended Reynolds High School, graduating in \n1963. From there, he went on to attend Youngstown \nState University for a Bachelor's Degree and then \nwent to UCLA for his M.B.A..He served in the Army \nduring the Vietnam War in Germany. Edward was \nprofessional businessman working at Houston Power & \nLight Era, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of California, \nHousing Authority of Ventura, Ca., City Manager in \nTucson, AZ and later on a Consultant. He was a Life \nMember of VFW, Farrell, PA #5286. Edward liked the \nPittsburgh Steelers. \n\nEdward is survived by his sister, Sandra (Jon) Carly \nof Farrell, PA; a cousin, Dr. Lois Larson Johnson of \nButler, PA; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.\n\n\nIn addition to his parents, he was preceded in death \nby two brother, Gerald Adams, and Daniel Adams.\n\nViewing and services are private. \n\nIn lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made \nto Save the Children, 501 Kings Highway East, Suite \n400, Fairfield, CT 06825.
