Dixie Lee Robinson, 81, of \nButler, formerly of Bruin, PA, entered into God's \nEternal Care on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Good \nSamaritan Hospice, Cabot, PA.\n\nBorn November 8, 1938 in Parker, PA to the late \nEarldean Foust and Opal (Gilbert) Foust Francisco.\n\nDixie was a graduate of Karns City High School in \n1956 and the Mason Felix Beauty School of \nPittsburgh. She was self-employed as a beautician at \nDixie Lee's Beauty Shop, formerly of Butler. \nShe was a member of First United Methodist Church in \nButler. Dixie was very active with her church having \nbeen a part of the Quilters, Bereavement Dinners \ncommittee, Communion Committee and the money \ncounters. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening \nand traveling.\n\nSurviving is her husband of 61 years, Gerald \nRobinson, who she married on June 21, 1958; one \nbrother, Dennis Foust and his wife Thelma of Butler; \nsister-in-law, Myrna Burkhard of Fairview; two \nbrother-in-law's, Lyle Robinson of Butler, James \nRobinson and his wife Brenda of Erie, PA; and a \nnumber of nieces and nephews.\n\nThe family of Dixie would like to thank Janet Lynn \nLehnard, her caregiver, for the past three years of \ncommitment, compassion and wonderful care.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, one \nbrother-in-law, Joseph Burkhard and one \nsister-in-law, Erma Robinson.\n\nVisitation for friends and family will be Sunday, \nNovember 24, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Also 11:00 \nam to 12:30 pm Monday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral \nHome, Inc., 124 E. North Street, Butler, PA 16001. A \nfuneral service will be held on Monday, November 25, \n2019 at 1:00 pm at First United Methodist Church, \n200 E. North Street, Butler, PA 16001 with Rev. \nBarbara Stoehr, officiating.\n\nEntombment will be at the Chapel of Devotion \nMausoleum at Butler County Memorial Park.\n\nMemorial contributions may be made in Memory of \nDixie to First United Methodist Church, 200 E.
