Dianna D. \nTack, 71, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away on \nFebruary 7, 2019 at the Butler Memorial Hospital.\n\n\nShe was born September 23, 1947 in Kittanning, \nPennsylvania to the late Perle W Powell and the late \nNellie N. Chandler Powell. \n\nDianna graduated from East Brady High School in \n1965. She then went on to graduate in 1968 from \nButler Hospital School of Nursing. Dianna worked as \na Registered Nurse for Evergreen Nursing Center in \nHarmony, PA. She was a member at Zion Lutheran \nChurch in Chicora. Diana enjoyed gardening and \nespecially spoiling her grandchildren. \n\nDianna is survived by her husband, Homer, who she \nmarried on June 7, 1968; one daughter, Rhonda Tack \n(Brian Coroian) of Chicora, PA; one son, Michael \nTack of Butler, PA; two grandchildren, Chandler \nTack, Richard Greygor; two sisters, Mona Powell \nRupert of Worthington, PA, Phyllis (Michael) Gattos \nof Cranberry Twp, PA; two sister-in-laws, Virginia \nPowell of East Palestine, OH, Eleanor Tack of \nButler, PA; brother-in-law, Newton (Mary Ellen) Tack \nof Butler, PA; a number of nieces and nephews. \n\nIn addition to her parents, she was preceded in \ndeath by one brother, George Powell, one nephew, \nMichael Powell, and her in-laws, Homer Tack, Sr. and \nEleanor.\n\nFriends will be received Monday, February 11, 2019, \n3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, \nInc., 124 East North Street Butler, PA.\n\nA funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February \n12, 2019, 10:30 am at the Thompson-Miller Funeral \nHome Inc., 124 East North St. Butler, PA, with \nPastor Dennis R. Hindman, Sr., officiating.\n\nBurial will take place in the Hemphill Cemetery of \nChicora, PA.
