Devin R. \nKocko, 27 years old passed away suddenly October \n21st, Thursday morning with his Dad by his side. \n\nHe was born on February 28, 1994 and was the son of \nAlex M. Kocko. \n\nDevin was born with Autism and was a very special \nand innocent boy. He became ill the last 2 years and \nwas unable to walk. He was very much loved and cared \nfor by his family. Devin's father was his whole \nworld and Devin was the whole world to his Dad. His \nfather centered his whole world and life around \nDevin. Devin's comfort was his father, family, and \nhis home. Devin's family made his life very happy. \nHis brother, Alex M. Kocko, Jr., and his grandma, \nJane I. Kocko, were always around him and answered \nto all his needs. These were the most important \npeople to Devin, and in his life. Devin loved all of \nus and we all loved him more than anything. The home \nwas centered around Devin with a lot of love. Devin \nleft a huge hole in all our hearts that can never be \nfilled. He also left a feeling of emptiness and \nhollowness in our home, that can never be replaced. \nHe will always be remembered and loved deeply. Devin \nis now in the Lord's hands and is at Peace. Devin \ngave a lot of happiness to his Dad and family. And \nhis Dad and family gave Devin all the love and \nhappiness in the world.\n\nDevins most favorite holiday was Christmas! He loved \nthe decorations, the Christmas tree, Christmas \nmusic, and of course, the presents. He would play \nhis musical Christmas Snowman all year. He also \nloved to draw and to use markers. Devin loved to \nswim. He also loved his fuzzy animal slippers and \nhis woody doll to sleep with. His most important \nthing was all of his movies! His T.V. and DVDs \nplayed non-stop. Devin also loved listening to \nmusic. His favorite was Fleetwood Mac. He had a very \nsimply and happy life, due to having Autism. Devin \nwas a joy to have around and in our lives! He had a \nsmall family, but with so much love for him. Devin \nwill never be forgotten and will always be \nremembered Devin's Dad and family will never be the \nsame without him. \n\nSurviving is his father, Alex M. Kocko; his brother, \nAlex M. Kocko, Jr.; and his grandma, Jane I. Kocko. \nAlso, a half-sister, Jaime Kocko, and an aunt, Donna \n(Kocko) Jenereski.\n\nHe was preceded in death by his loving grandfather, \nAlexander Kocko. \n\nVisitation will be held on Thursday, October 28, \n2021, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to \n8:00 p.m. at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 \nEast North Street, Butler, PA 16001.\n\nA Blessing Service will be held Friday, October 29, \n2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, \nInc., 124 East North Street, Butler, PA 16001 with \nFather Yurii Bobko, officiating. \n\nBurial will take place at Greenlawn Burial Estates.
