Cheryl Ann Gold O'Day Obituary (1954 - 2018)

Cheryl Ann Gold O'Day, 63, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the VNA Inpatient Hospice. She was born October 15, 1954 in Butler, Pennsylvania to the late James C. Gold and the late Joanne Smith Gold. Cheryl was a 1972 graduate of Butler High School. She was a member of the Rubber Dolls Stamp Club. Cheryl attended Grace @ Calvary Evangical Lutheran Church. She was active in the Marty's Marchers Relay for Life American Cancer Society. She is survived by her husband Samuel J. O'Day whom she married on May 18, 1974; , one son, Travis W. O'Day of Butler, PA; one daughter, Carrie D. O'Day of Butler, PA; one sister Tracy L. Schrecengost of Bulter, PA; one brother, Mark Orbom of Morristown, TN; and a number of nicecs and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018, at 11:00 am at the Grace @ Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church, 123 East Diamond Street Butler, PA, with Pastor Tara R. Lynn, officiating. Private burial will take place in the Butler County Memorial Park.
