Chase Zmijowski Obituary (1982

Chase Zmijowski passed away at the age of 37 on April 7, 2020. He is survived by a son, Layne Zmijowski; father and stepmother, Marc and Shelly Zmijowski; mother, Ruth Alexandria Munzek (Temple); brothers, Eric and Nathan Zmijowski and RJ Horne; grandmother, Victoria Jean Temple; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Chase was predeceased by his stepbrother, Joshuah Cavins; uncles Tim and Bruce Zmijowski; and his grandparents. Chase was a "want-to-be" comedian and loved to make his friends and family laugh; he has been and will be dearly missed. His family will hold a public memorial in the Chapel at Butler County Memorial Park, 380 Evans City Road, Butler, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. followed by committal. Memorial donations for Chase can be made to Marc and Shelly Zmijowski, 699 N FM 1194, Lufkin, Texas 75901, to help defray funeral costs.
