Amanda Garrison, 80, of \nButler, Pennsylvania, passed away on May 19, 2021 at \nthe Butler Memorial Hospital. \n\nShe was born May 26, 1940 in Butler, Pennsylvania to \nthe late John Welch and the late Twila Stevens \nWelch. \n\nAmanda was a member of the North Main Street Church \nof God. \n\nAmanda is survived by her husband, William E. \nGarrison, who she married on December 19, 1959, two \ndaughters, Joni (Kevin) Nocera of Butler, PA, Becky \n(Bob) Kriess of Butler, PA; three grandchildren, \nTanya Nocera (Jason) Driggs, Kalsey (Brian) Swope, \nKolby Kriess; two great-grandchildren, Brinley & \nBlaine Swope; two sisters, Ruth Lemmon of Butler, \nPA, Vivian Roxberry of Butler, PA; three brothers, \nJim Welch of OH, Lester (Suzanne) Welch of Butler, \nPA, and Mark Welch of Butler, PA. \n\nIn addition to her parents, she was preceded in \ndeath by one brother, Frank Welch, one sister, Marie \nSmith, and one great-grandson, Theo Driggs.\n\nThere will be no public visitation or funeral \nservices.\n\nBurial will take place in the Greenlawn Burial \nEstates.\n\nMemorials are suggested to the American Heart \nAssociation, 444 Liberty St, Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, \nPA 15222. \n\nArrangements were entrusted to Thompson-Miller \nFuneral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, \nPA 16001.
